Official Start of the 2016/2017 season this evening

Following the customary pre-season men and women tournaments , the Independence Cup 2016, won by Gzira Athleta and Caffe Moak Luxol respectively, season 2016/2017 officially sets off this evening with the following two games from the Under 23 Men League:

6.15pm: Starlites vs Gzira Athleta

Refs: E. Mangani, I. Marjanovic

8.00pm: Depiro vs Luxol

Refs: C. Farrugia, K. Dworniczak

This league will continue on Wednesday 28th September with a game scheduled at 7.30 pm between Hibernians and Marvels.
