Balkan Fusion win the Malta Masters 2016

The Malta Masters 2016 was played in the Ta’ Qali Basketball Complex during the past weekend. This tournament, now in its fourth edition and for players over the age of 40, was also organised to raise funds for Puttinu Cares.

Four teams took part in this year’s Masters, namely Tuesday Jazz, Balkan Fusion, Malta Masters Suns and the English side London Eagles who had won the second edition of the Malta Masters.

The group stage was played on Saturday and the final games then played on Sunday.

The grand final saw Balkan Fusion clashing with London Eagles and it was Balkan Fusion who emerged as the winners of the Malta Masters 2016.
